Portrait Test for the millionth time!
In my humble opinion, I'd take off the diffuser cap from the flash (I only use these when I absolutely have to - very rarely). I'd go to f/5.6. Do away with the halogen light on the floor. Try setting the white balance setting to cloudy. If the image seems dark after you take it just use curves in photoshop to gently make the curve steeper.
