Thanks to all my 'Fans' for viewing -- well, I held the camera vertically and 'guessed' the framing ! Camera takes standard 24x36mm size images. I sit outside the 'Ladies' Shops ' waiting for Wife and Daughter and click away on unsuspecting subjects !
Why has the Pentax Portal thingy put that I used a 'K10D' when I put in the description plainly enough I used my '1996 Pentax MZ-5 ' a FILM camera !! Why must everything on this site be DIGITAL all the time ?
Thanks -- I took several more with different lighting effects and some with flash so the 'colour' is correct but none of the 'Atmosphere'-- the newspaper has used many on it's web=pages illustrating the Festival and the actual paper will be out tomorrow ( Wednesday)
Is really worth all the travel from CEBU in a small aircraft to get there -- my wife is scared of small aircraft !! WE are in CEBU Island her Home Island in July-August and have never been there to Boracay.
parob: a 'shift' lens can be moved up and down and sideways to correct perspective and maintain the shape of buildings -- if you tilt up your camera the vertical lines 'converge' -- if you take a photo from the side the building base is not straight.
Yes, I have used it on a Praktica and my Pentax ME Super ( with the screw/bayonet thread adapter) in a jazz club at full aperture-- it is a bit 'soft' at f2 and is difficult to get exact point of focus.
