I know this is out of season, but as the saying goes "Lest We Forget" Taken on Remembrance Sunday November 2009.

Two gentlemen wearing their old regimental berets and beaming with pride, the gentleman on the left wears the distinctive yellow hackle of the Lancashire Fusiliers and the gentleman on the right wears the universally known maroon beret with Royal Signals cap badge of the airborne soldier.

Lovely image. You can see the banter and sense of humour in their faces and something else in the chap in the front's eyes too.

So strange. I was just looking at a reportage I did of a remembrance day in Flanders last year - almost uploaded it! Spooky.

We will never forget.

Never out of season - fine image of the old comrades - quite emotive.
