Photography and music are my two passions. I've been editing photography magazines for around 17 years now and launched the UK's first digital imaging magazine. The photos in my portfolio are ones I like from shoots I do in any spare time I have.

About Me

I am the editor/publisher of ePHOTOzine. You'll find more details about me on the Team page.

I came up with the idea for this friendly site in October 2000 and through a lot of hard graft from the team and support of members and the photographic industry we have, arguably, the best resource for photographers on the web...well I would say that Smile

I don't get too much time for photography now, although I do squeeze in as much as I can, and envy some of you who submit some amazing images.

Most of my photography tends to stem around trialing a piece of kit submitted for review, but I do take the odd shot using digital SLRs and really enjoy the view through my camera's viewfinder when a macro lens is attached.

I've experienced many years in the film world using darkroom processes and was one of the early adoptors of digital technology. I now shoot only digital and enjoy post processing. I don't believe a photo has to be as it was captured. Many of my photographs are edited in some shape or form to enhance the result.
