I am the editor/publisher of ePHOTOzine. You'll find more details about me on the
Team page.
I came up with the idea for this friendly site in October 2000 and through a lot of hard graft from the team and support of members and the photographic industry we have, arguably, the best resource for photographers on the web...well I would say that
I don't get too much time for photography now, although I do squeeze in as much as I can, and envy some of you who submit some amazing images.
Most of my photography tends to stem around trialing a piece of kit submitted for review, but I do take the odd shot using digital SLRs and really enjoy the view through my camera's viewfinder when a macro lens is attached.
I've experienced many years in the film world using darkroom processes and was one of the early adoptors of digital technology. I now shoot only digital and enjoy post processing. I don't believe a photo has to be as it was captured. Many of my photographs are edited in some shape or form to enhance the result.
