How important is it to promote yourself?

Anyone reading this is an internet user. But are you active? Do you want to be found? If so, it's important to promote yourself. At ePHOTOzine we recognise this and have built in a new feature that ties in with ping.fm. This will connect all the active areas of ePHOTOzine and will automatically ping the information to all your regular social network areas such as Facebook, linkedin and twitter. The beauty with it is you can continue to use ePHOTOzine as you always have, but let all your friends know what you're up to on other sites without having to repeat the information.

We're really excited about this feature. We hope you are too.

I've written this blog post on ePHOTOzine to try out the new feature.

Not really !

If my 17 year old niece was an epz member then she probably would be, but as for me I have no interest whatsoever in those sites you mentioned.

Well, I don't want to take too much credit for this, as it's not completely my idea.

I implemented the new feature and just uploaded a photo to the gallery. The funny thing is, I wouldn't normally even think about posting it on twitter, but having this new feature enabled made me question why I didn't post my uploads on twitter. So I went ahead with it as it was no extra effort to do so! So, now my photos are getting a little more exposure by sharing them with my twitter followers.

I like it! (even if i did build it myself )

I think the idea's great!

But maybe that's because I'm younger.....

Calibrate your monitor so you can see 16 different shades.
