I'm about an hour away and looking through the window at 7pm the sky was dramatic and the sun was out so I assumed a sunset would occur. I shot off over to Derbyshire and was greeted with this stormy sky (lightning in the distant hills). The sun had vanished so I had to make do with dull clouds. I took a couple of shots before the rain started. As I headed back I got drenched.
It's a 90 second exposure using the Lee Filters Big Stopper and the Olympus OM-D in LIVETIME mode.

Am I right in thinking this is the same rock you've shot a few years back ?
Clive
I'm standing in front of it as I type this, was working in the area so thought I'd have a wonder along the edge for a reccie. Fingers crossed for a decent sunset later on ![]()
