Quite a differnt take on that view from that most popular location, I like it. Treatment works well, too.

Love the retro colour and grungy border, but for me the foreground rock is too prominent and sharp and accentuates the emptiness in the middle of the picture. Excellent rocks to the sides and very nice mountains in the background. They, to me, are the picture and those components alone make an attractive composition.

Different from the usual Elgol comps, almost abstract except the distant hill is a well known landmark. That FG rock could be a wandering Nessie!
Interesting it's taken 150 years of photographic advances to arrive at a piece of kit that can create an image resembling something between a Niepce pewter plate and a Daguerrotype!
