I just found this print in an old portfolio case I took with me to the interview for the job on Practical Photography magazine 19 years ago. Time flies... It's also my first upload in ages, so apologies for not keeping my folio alive.
The shot was taken on using the Mamiya RB67 and Agfapan 100. It's the decaying body of a sheep found on Derybshire moors. This is a scan of the print I originally made when I had a darkroom back in Sheffield. I scanned in using the Microtek Scanmaker 6800. No editing in Photoshop just straight through. I've always liked this one.

great capture - wonderful quality - works best in b&w
intriguing subject because it looks in a way more mummified than just simple die and rot the way the skin on the bulk of the body hasn't rotted much but the head and neck are down to the skull and also the way all the wool looks shawn off. certainly must have been an interesting way to go at the time 
what did the interviewer at PP think when they saw this in your portfolio?
seeing a photo of such high quality makes me want a medium format camera even more

Great quality to this you can almost smell it. Not a subject you see here often but does have some resemblance to some of the models we see

A shot from a Mamiya RB67 on Agfapan 100 - we are talking quality here. You don’t get many shots on a roll of 120 film when using a camera like that.
A mono image of the finest order and no hesitation giving this top marks.
