Looks like a Mayfly, although that seems a bit large. Certainly not a dragonfly.

Yeah, Mayfly with that tail - but then there are a goodly number of species. I've only ever seen the tiddly ones! Sad

Looks like 'Ephemera danica' a three tailed species.
