...taken on my trip to Skye, the cottage in Elgol allowed me to watch the mountains in all sorts of conditions. It was a holiday as well as a photographic trip, I wanted to see Skye through my eyes as well as my lenses.

That was a few weeks back Ronnie, my last jaunt was with my sister and brother in law from Ontario, I shot 7 frames for the family album over the 10 days.

Exudes an atmosphere of dreamy tranquillity. I can think of scarcely anything preferable to mountain-watching: changing light and weather make time seem elastic. While I am enjoying this view my mind is drifting away . . . . Wink

Striking shot, Dougie from this wonderful location. I agree about the need to see a location through your own eyes as well as through the lens. The latter should be the distillation of the former.
