Guys, had lots of problems with logos recently. If you have a real issue with it just don't comment thanks. For those who can ignore that little logo in the corner feel free to critique! Just another attempt at a bit of street photography.

I like this Peter, but Ive spent a while looking at it after downloading, as something was not quite right.

I finally thought that the person in the mid distance, appearing just over the head of the focal point person would be better removed, as Ive done in the mod. That leaves only the the person on the seat, looking dejected, and the person with the child walking away.

I also reduced the highlights slightly, - theyre not blown but the reduction gives a little more detail on the pathway.

I think it can work without the vignette, but its not distracting either, so can work either way.

regards

Willie

Hi Peter, nice shot, but I thought I would do a mod for you to consider. I put it into Photoshop camera raw, adjusted contrast, whites, blacks, clarity and then opened it in PS. Copied the background layer > patch tool on the bright area of the path to give it a look like the rest of the path, which was bathed in shadows and light. I removed your logo, which spoiled your shot, then removed the man in the centre of the image. I then cropped it, as to bring the main figure in the foreground to make him more prominent and reduce the path, as it took up a large area of your shot. Hope you like the mod.
Stephen
