taken on the shores of lough neigh last week.lots of swallows feeding on the insects in the reeds.
this one was haveing a short rest between feeding its young.

Super capture, Peter. Where you by any chance at Oxford Island? You would see quite a lot of them there. I only managed to get one shot of a swallow but it wasn't good enough to upload. I don't think I saw any Candian Geese or Eider duck at Crawfordsburn just the Brent Geese but I must ask Ted, he was with me.
