I know very little about portraiture, Allen, but this shot strikes me as most competently taken: a beautiful model, very well 'posed', beautifully lit, a smile and a catch of light in her eyes, captured in fine detail and with lovely skin tones.

Very nice portrait. My only (hopefully constructive) critique would be that you've pushed the processing on the eyes a bit further than I might have - the whites are a little over-white to sit with an otherwise natural looking shot, as are the fiery iris'.
