On first glance I would say that moving the model another couple of feet in front of the background would instantly improve the shot as the creases and folds in the material will be less prominant.

Also with the kind of pose you have gone for I would have had the model look forward or down rather than towards you.

Its a really nice image... lovely colours.. Not sure on the composition and for me it would have benefited from having a more recongnisable horizon line.
