taken inside the peoples palace in glasgow green. i liked the contrasting light but couldnt capture it in one shot so layered parts of two images for this Smile

i know i had to make a compromise because i was on the stairs, and i wanted to keep the angle and the top of the stairs in view, and i was right up against the wall as it was. these last couple of shots have been annoying trying to get a decent composition

One of my favourite pllacs in Glasgow , lots of scope for shots with interesting lighting. like the way you have caught the light here. have you tried the staircase at the Gallery of Modern Art , There's a challenge for you.

Great composition. i like it just as it is. i think there is enough of the arc of the window to aid the composition. i like how it links/contrasts with the linearity of the staircase. paul
