I am just about to leave to catch my train to get to my shift at the Paralympics today.
Looking forward to another great day meeting inspirational people doing amazing things.
This is an image I took yesterday when I was lucky enough to be given a ticket to watch some of the events as a thank you for my efforts.
This is GB's Ben Rushgrove competing in the heats of the Mens 100m for T36 athletes.
A T36 athlete is somebody with a moderate impairment affecting the arms and legs. The trunk may also be moderately impaired. They have to compensate for reduced muscle co-ordination and increased muscle tension and/or involuntary movements.
Ben made it through to the final later that evening and ran well to finish 6th
