During a short break between lessons today, I had s stroll in some light drizzle around a local Park.

I noticed this poor little guy looking a little bedragled and clinging on to a grass stem for dear life in the strong winds. He was in a position where he could easily have gotten trod on so very carefully I managed to get him off the ground and into the relative safety of my hand (see version 2).
After shieding him for a while, he semed to regain his strength and I carefully placed him back down in a safe place away from the main path, I watched for a while, and after about 10 mins or so He rewarded me with this lovely pose on a clover flower, before flying away.

Of course, as I usually do , I had my camera and was lucky enough to get these shots.

Hope you like them.

Phil
