An outstanding raptor portrait, terrific feather detail and razor sharp. Like the way you've caught this regal looking bird glaring at the camera, if looks could kill!
Thanks all for the great response to this shot, I had gone with a view to get a shot just like this and had to wait ages for him to look straight at me, it was getting towards the end of the day and the handlers were starting to put the birds away for the night, I think Danebury just wanted to get off to the warm so gave me the pose I wanted!!.
