A slight break from my usual uploads this evening, to introduce you to our loony Red Setter, Ishra.

The title for the shot just seemed to be so natural for him, as that is just how he appears to be whenever we take him for his walks, he never stops running and enjoying himself, as a free spirit.

I know he will never win crufts and breeders may look at his long hair and ears and frown, but this is how we like him.

Mind you, a few minutes after this was taken, he found his way into the muddiest puddle he could find.

Thanks for looking, back to birds Saturday I expect.

Phil

Mud and dogs, I can relate to that, I have a Bichon that loves mud. Great natural shot of a beautiful looking dog.

Lovely! And no-one who has ever hand-stripped the coat of a wriggly, bored setter will frown....
