Many thanks for the comments and clicks on yesterdays upload.
I think the mystery arround it has been solved, I emailed the photo to a fungi expert for ID, and he told me it was probably a Fly Agaric that had come under attack from some sort of micro fungi bacteria.
Anyway, this is a much more healthy Fly Agaric.
