A real move away from my usual Flora and Fauna shot's for a while.

I will be uploading a selection of images from outside of my normal genre, I would like to develop my photographic skills to cover as many different styles.

This shot was taken at the very wet Sunday running of RIAT 2009, and was during one of the brief dry moments with a little sunshine, although as you can see from the sky behind, another downpour was just around the corner.
The shot is of one of the Guinot Wingwalkers, and in a way the dark sky helps to make the brightly coloured planes and catsuits of the girl really stand out well.

I would welcome your thoughts.

Many thanks

Phil

It might have been a very wet day, but occasional sunny spells with grey coulds behind can lead to stunning shots like this. Well done.

Repeating what has been said above, but comp and prop are spot on and the dark grey BG really sets the Guinot paintscheme off well. A great shot and well deserved HC.
