UK Olympic hopefull Perri Shakes-Drayton on her way to winning the Women's 400m Hurdles at the Diamond League Athletics event at Crystal Palace on friday evening.
She recorded the 2nd fastest time by a Uk athlete in winning the race, only Sally Gunnell has gone faster, and in the process left the World Champion Irina Davydova of Russia in her wake.

Many thanks for the comments on yesterdays upload and a special thank you to Rontear for his UA.

Phil

Sports action timed perfectly to catch her at full stretch over the hurdle.
Very well done.
Ronnie.
