Image taken at the Marlborough Mop fair, last weekend, using a handy rubbish bin as a makeshift tripod to allow a slow shutter speed.

Have just dried off and got warm after taking part in the Swindon 5 Mile Multi Terrain run this morning in torrential rain through mud and puddles everywhere.
I am training for the 2013 Poppy Run where I am trying to raise sponsorship for the Royal British legion Poppy Appeal, this after not doing any serious running since my last attempt way back in 1988!!.
Mad springs to mind!!

Nice steady shot considering the makeshift tripod. A square crop would increase the impact of this shot.
