Hi Phil, agree with ringyneck, crop right down to top of handle bars, dont worry about barrow handles- we know they are there. Crop of bottom close to the flat tyres & make a good strong letter-box. Are all the tyres flat or have low profiles been about longer than we thought? Best of light, Si.
