Taken last weekend at the end of a long day in the company of a photographer who had come all the way down to norfolk from Aberdeen, luckily for him the rain stopped and we got some great skies.

One for the wall, very nice. Great colours and comp - well done
Gorgeous light n colours - did you use a 10 stop to get the water like that?
Thank you all.
@ Alan no I didn't use the 10 stoper, I was experimenting with the multiple exposure setting - a feature of Nikon cameras. This is 10 x 8 sec shots at f/16 which the camera then blends together. Not HDR the exposure does not alter over the 10 shots.

Its a stunning image really lovely but I couldnt work out how you had achieved this shot until I read this. It looked like a very long exposure and yet the lighting conditions were obviously quite bright, Now I know.

very interesting.... never used this but will have a play at the weekend.... assuming the rain stops ![]()
Perfect image Kate, as usual. I love the proportions and positioning you chose on the crop as well. Superb!
Tony.
(P.S. Thanks for the loan of the B&W 10 stop. I'm getting jealous of your Nikon multi exposure feature, and the superior preview screen. Am I being lured away from Canon? :-O )
What a simply stunning image Kate. Very interesting to hear about your multi exposure technique. Never thought of using that method.. but I certainly will give it a try some time soon.
