On Saturday evening, Fran & myself headed to Beadnell for sunset. After a bit of rain and a few shots around the Harbour we settled on the jetty on the South side when the tide was washing over it quite forcefully.
Had to clean the filters and gear a few times due to a few rogue waves crashing over the main wall where we were stood ... one late on completely finished Fran off for the night ... I'm sure she will tell you the tale another time ![]()
Anyway, thanks for your time on yesterdays upload and also for getting to here.
Cheers,
Paul

.... WRONG ![]()
First landscape I've seen this week worthy of an award. Not that the others are bad .... far from it. Just the standard of landscapes on EPZ is now so high, and to be honest quite a lot of them are samey. This is different .... I love the colours and especially those geometric shapes jutting into the image through the swirl of the water.
Oh poo......I didn't miss much on Saturday night either then ![]()
Den
Quote: unusual to see through water to the solid
... just a long exposure with the waves crashing over the top, the jetty was just standing proud of the water.

Love the composition and exposure Paul, nice one.
Darren.
This is what it's all about for me - fantastic composition, lovely water movements and beautiful colours and tones.
Well done Paul.
