Done time and time again but couldn't resist this one.
I was waiting for these two young tourists to move on so I could get the castle without the extras but they seemed to be there for the duration taking loads of photos. I took the photo anyway and found I quite liked it, after all this is how the castle is normally seen - with people taking photosSmile.

Thanks very much for the support on yesterdays upload, much appreciated.

Classically composed, Phil and very well photographed.

I'm not too sure about the "thing" above the tree at right of frame, though! Looks like a flying haggis or something!

Cheers
Bill

Well composed, plenty to look at, agree about the flying Haggis.

Actually, they contribute to convey the eye towards the castle. Beautiful picture!

Great processing and brooding clouds make it stand out from the crowd of ED shots.

Interesting observation that Bill reckons he's seen a haggis flying. The boulder in the bottom left corner caught my eye and won't let go, plus the hillside to the far left looks strange and flat in comprison to the rest of your image. You could of course crop the left and bottom to put the bridge diagonal into the corner more and take away the boulder and the left hillside. Worth a variation? I do like the image and the sky Phil.

Thanks all for your comments. Dougie the flat hillside is in fact the rain that was coming in, and arrived shortly after the shot was taken.
I haven't cropped into the corner of the bridge because that would have taken out some of the shrub which I wanted to include. But thanks for your suggestions, they are always welcome.
