Well composed and it works really well in mono.

more processing info would with offering critique however;

the composition is super with the curve of the wall providing a leadin to the nicely placed 3 (good number) buildings and tower. id like to have seen the bootom of the wall meet the bottom left corner of frame. the skyscape is stunning

i like the idea to go mono but feel its a little lacking in contrast. may be a personal thing but i like a really full tonal range from white to full black.

im guessing but it looks like a hdr tonemapped conversion which for me is a negative step in mono work losing some reality, the better way being a channel mix in ps or nik effex. i say this because this looks as if the dynamic range was quite limited to start with. hdr is best used to extend the dynamic range in exteme lighting. that said the hdr has been well controlled and not overdone except the bald bits behind the tower. these would be easy to clone over and would make a difference.

lovely scene and excellent composition.

I like this a lot. Well suited to mono - tone mapped. I don't think so, so please tell us. I think you have been busy with the burning in tool on the sky, because it has intruded onto the lighthouse, which, I think, should be whiter in places.

Run the dodge tool over the lighthouse with a small brush and huge care not to lighten any surrounding sky.
