20D, 300 f4L + 1.4II, ISO200, 1/160 @ f7.1, Car Window + Beanbag, Raw processed in C1Pro, Selective contrast + USM CS.

Hi,

Pied Wagtail perched on a wall from a few weeks back, not very productive at the moment due to being in the middle of the Thames most of the time (freezing).

Not 100% sure on this one as I lost his feet and couldn't raise the camera any more.

Phil,

Lack of feet is not too bad here. The wall adds interest to the shot and not seeing the feet shows the depth of the wall top surface. and angle of shot.

Lovely sharp shot of this elusive wee fellow . I say that because he soon flies off at the slightest movement .They are always hopping around . I'd give anything to get a shot as good as this . Lovely work x
