Today we went to see the rice paddies so not much in the way of critters. But I'll think of something as v2![]()
here is one big zebra butterfly, it was a frame filler.
Please, can those who know more than me find an ID?

just a street scene. on almost any corner in rural Kedah or Perlis there is a small business, selling fruit or drinks or nasi lemak or some other fast food.. only, this is 100% homemade and delicious. And i often wonder how they make a living!

V1 is a topper. A very beautiful butterfly - whatever one he/she is! ![]()

Looks like a tiger butterfly of some sort, Google Images has two of the same but not identified either!!
Dave
Excellent butterfly shot at V 1, Annette: and V 2 is an interesting street corner image.
Have also viewed V 3 but can't see any change from V 2 but there again my eyesight is not what it was.
Ronnie.
PS. On going back for a further look, V 3 has now disappeared........R.
Interesting candid in V2 ..
and what a beauty V1 is
I think it's this one, Annette, Graphium macareus perakensis or The Lesser Zebra.
Andrew kindly messaged me for the ID.
No idea what it is, Annette, but a stunner for sure.
v2 looks as if it is few and far between customers....

Don't know the ID I am afraid. Look very similar to this from Trev's. http://www.ephotozine.com/user/achieverswales-133282/gallery/photo/tree-nymph-31...
What a beautiful zerba longwing butterfly Annette, you've captured its wing markings and patterns in such intricate detail. Such a shame it's got a piece missing from its wing![]()
