Crammed in like perchines – tourists on a pleasure cruiser on lake Windermere, Cumbria.
During the Second World War, canned perch from Windermere (called ‘perchines’)
were eaten as a substitute for sardines!
Thanks for all the C&Cs on my last upload.
Best wishes,
Philip

A good spot, Philip, a fine candid backed up with composition and colour from the life belts.

"Pleasure" Cruiser? Doesn't look much like pleasure to me, but it's a great image, especially with the colourful lifebelts.
