I like the use of the slow shutter speed to add a motion blur to the flames. In my opinion this adds drama to the photo. The use of the subject to produce the lighting is clever as well. However, I do find it slightly difficult to find a focal point in the image because of the flames, so maybe you could experiment with cropping and composition, possibly to focus on one area of the flame. It's a very good picture though.
