You have the basis for a good image here Fran it just needs a bit of tweeking. I've uploaded a mod in which I've:

Tweeked the perspective to make the towers vertical
Added a bit of contrast and increased the saturation
Cropped a bit off the left hand side

It's easy when somebody else goes to all the effort of taking the shot!!!!!

Good composition and lighting. The focus seems to be on the rear petals. I would have preferred it to be in the center for this composition. The dof with macro lenses is so short it can be fustrating getting the focus point just right. Good start - keep going.
