On my last trip to the Olympic Rain Forest in Washington State USA. I wanted to create an image that would have maximum sharpness from the front to the back of the finished print. So I took 4 different images here, only changing only the focus point in each frame then stitched them together in PS5.

Great long exposure image. Love the vivid colour of the moss on the rocks and the way the water leads you around both sides of the main rock and up into the trees. Great Job well done! H x

The central placement of the FG mossy rock is excellent, it's got loads of impact from size, colour and texture. Then the flows lead you through the image very effectively and enhance the depth. I like the avoiding including sky and if I were to make one very picky suggestion, it would be to clone out the area of sky at top right which is slightly distracting.

I have looked at this for a long time and have decided it is one of the best shots I have come across for a while and am very happy to give my user award to such an excellent piece of photography.
