Nice portrait. I'm just wondering what's been going on round her neck as there seems to be a few strange lines and the hair looks smudged.

It is quite good actually-first use of Paint Shop. Your manipulation is fine but I believe the strange effects on part of her hair (and herself) are due to the downsizing. I can only suggest you are making them too small, so they are being enlarged to fit the page and losing quality.

check the techniques pages. Somewhere I think there may be a topic on downsizing for ephoto.
