part of the lever frame at a railway signal box i was working yesterday.
the four levers out of the frame was for the passage of a train on the up main line.
there are no prizes for guessing which box it is.
thank you to everyone who have voted and made comments on my other photos.

Nice composition but highlights are blown in background.
Try selective focus on a mid tone colour (an area of the whole focusing area that is mid range colour)
Get your meter reading, recompose your shot WITHOUT changing the settings (apature and speed )
Check your histogram.

"Off the right is to bright "

This is of course using the camera in manual mode.

Beautiful colour, I like the POV.. excellent DOF . I saw them on TV once.. great British engineering work.
