Watch House Bay at sunrise

I got involved in applying thermal wallpaper yesterday - we have an external and weather, exposed wall in the bedroom and it's Freezing as well as a magnet, despite an open vent, trickle vents, constant low background heat and treatment, for mould along the skirting board. Aching in all the wrong places today as well as a really bad night, counting the heart beats and waiting for the missing ones to kick in, one, two, three, four, pause, pause, pause, one, two, three, four and so on. So it had to be out for a stagger this morning to Watch House Bay. And this is what I saw. Hurrah!
