I have seen the river higher than this, but not for a few years. I was taken by the expanses of water and sky but not sure I have the correct perspective.

As an image intended to show the river depth, youve got down low, shwn the river band and submerged trees, so it looks good. Theres nothing else really in the shot to anchor it if composition isconsidered.
The river is in the horizontal centre, - which does work as intended, but it also worthwhile taking a look at placing it lower.
Theres a little overexposure in the sky, with the lower half a touch dark, so you can work on that also if so inclined. it gets the message across for me.

Unusual from you, but not keen on this one. Just nothing much theere and no subject as such. The 10/20 lens is great, but tempts these super wide angle shots which finish up being just too wide. It's personal stuff, but, for me you needed some dramatic lighting to get away with this.
