What a great find, Ann, is it still in use? Well captured, with V.1 getting my vote. Carol

V1 gets my vote too, it has a clean, crisp look and allows the chapel some space, doesn't cramp it.
A sign of a small community providing what it could afford, I guess. And more attractive to my eye that the recently rebuilt chapel near our house, where a wooden hut has been replaced with brown plastic fake wooden cladding!

Its been some years since I've seen such a building - it reminds me more of a scout hut or two from times gone by SmileSmile

An exceptionally good find Ann. there are not many of them left. Rather chilly on the inside on a cold Sunday morning.

Thank you so much for your UA on my upload today. It was a super surprise when I returned from the Dentist. Root Canal treatment. I think think I need a full service as everything is dropping off me or going wrong.

v1 for me, Ann, excellent contrast between the old and new. Must be a bit noisy in there when it rains Smile

Wonderful old building Ann. Like most people I do hope that it will be restored or at least maintained in a usable state. Lovely shot.

I like the context version one adds to this image, its certainly a very unusual building and well shot.

Best Matt

How very unusual - you don't see many corrugated iron buildings, let alone chapels! Smile Well seen and captured, Ann. I go for V1, which shows more of its modern surroundings, and has a better sky Wink

It looks so out of place in Malvern, these old buildings could be a scene from Eastern Europe in rural Romania or Hungary, the only thing that is missing is a few peasant villagers and a horse and cart

Amazing find although I'm amazed it is still standing by the look of it.
