Quote: Nice one Ann, I must say I am not in the best of moods today and version two made me chuckle, so thanks for that.

V1 has been well composed with good colour. V2 has great humour and was well captured
The vote's for V2. Well, you know me...

Two fine captures here to remind us of summer, but V2 has to be the winner here, really made me chuckle!

Quote: I would have gone for V2 Ann as the image says a lot more and has a talking point.
I still think the colour is too vivid especially the greens and need toning down slightly
Richard
just looked again and I think your right Richard
Both Captures are Good, V2 has a little more impact but the main impact is still to come, sadly although I was born and brought up in a Farming Village, I have forgot
what the impact is and was. Eric.

Love version 2 with the Bull doing the bovine version of courtship. I have known men in my time with a similarly primitive level of refinement!
I can see that you took these photos on 17 May 2012,you should go back there and see if there's a newborn calf there about mid-end of February 2013.
And if there is dont forget to take another shot.
A great set, something I am used to with living on a farm.![]()

These North Devon beef cattle make such great photographic subjects Ann. I don't know what you mean about not having the bottle in v2 and that is no bull! You were extremely brave or should that be foolhardy going so close to get that shot!!!![]()
