I won't even try to tell you how difficult this shot was to take in terms of timing, other than to say it was shot by design with a very fast shutter and a high ISO (check exif data). Still not quite happy with it because of the noise issues, but I have cleaned it up as much as I dare. Have a few other similar images which I might share over the next few days, once I've processed them all.
Sue the wife has been given the green light from hospital after her heart attack 8 weeks ago, she starts re-hab today, which should help get her strength and stamina back to where it was before the attack happened.....Thanks you for all the good wishes and messages of support.
