I waited ages for this ride to move so that I could get some movement in the photo, when it didn't I took the photo anyway and introduced blur centered around the yellow car in PS

Oooh it goes around as you look at it - or is it just me? Look at the photo and scroll down slowly... perhaps I'm going mad!
