Looking across the Moray Firth towards the Cromarty Firth, taken from the top of Califer Hill. This spot is a favorite location for many people to watch the sunsets, then later in the evening you may get to see the Northern Lights.

Now here is an image I could lose myself in given access to the full file! This 'thumbnail' does not do it justice at all. Wonderful image. The depth, the wide angle of view, the colours and the composition - all superb... AND nobody's commented on it!!! Thank you for sharing it. Regards - Mike
I would love to see the complete full size image and would love to place on to my wallpaper for long.. The effect from nature.. clouds.. sun.. water.. and behind mountain.. and most of all the light spot coming through the clouds forming a circle on surface.. out standing. how long you actually had to wait to find this moment?
I simply love it..
