If you don't mind me saying..try a crop removing the top dark bit...it makes the picture into an art work! His face is just surrounded by flowers with no other distraction!!

Your work is changing so much!
I have to agree the light on her is at odds with the light of the soft ambient forest...may I suggest something? Don't have to use it of course...but if you had put a soft even texture off say sage colour over her BEFORE you had put her onto the background, and rather than using cut and paste ( Or however you cut her out ) you 'pulled' her through the background image using soft brushes on about 30% you might find that a pleasing and enjoyable route...could of course be nothing what you wanted but hey!! That is what sharing is for! Love the forest shot!

Soft, gentle and a really lovely capture - I would be tempted to soften , get rid of or maybe blur the lines of the wood behind her head, so all you do is focus on her face, but that is only a suggestion - it doesn't really detract from the sweetness of the picture, and the lovely grey tones of the conversion...

Actually, I think that this is a great capture - what a joyous expression on his face!
Although I am no expert, the one thing I would do if It were my picture ( and if you have the facility..) would be to clone out the white branch going up to his face in the background - and maybe soften the bright blue - it would then make you focus even more on the crisp capture.
I think the pose and angle across the frame is terrific.

I love it - it's different. I am from movie world background so maybe I am drawn to it because at first it looks like a creature from a sci-fi !!!!, buy mostly I like it because of the movement, shapes and the fab. look over the glasses!!! As a portrait it is great fun, as an image it grabs you to look further.
