The image's strength lies in its simplicity, Paul, as well as in the textures of corrosion. You have an excellent background, have nicely placed the post in the left third with the chain on a diagonal, and included a fun element. It makes me ponder as to where the image was taken, perhaps by the sea? Maybe that background is the sea? It could be a touch sharper, but apart from that, I have no critique to offer.
