Hi all,

It's been a while!

I've been grumping about the house becasue I haven't had the time to do any photography!

My wife was glad to get rid of me the other night when I took this.

Thanks for looking.

Jamie

Excellent use of the lines to bring the eye to the tree

great shot that could be improved (IMHO) by cropping some off the bottom to remove the brown clump of earth, the lines would also then run out and not start just into the picture-like it though (after all that)

Pink, I cropped the image like you said and cloned out the clump of earth before deciding to leave for this version. I like the staring point that the lines give the viewer, it just didn't look right when they run out of frame. The clump of earth, well, I kept it their a a bit of foreground interest.

Thanks for your comments though, taken on board.

Jamie

Excellent shot....like the lead in and format.
I would not have cropped but maybe just cloned out the dirt patch on the left.

Amazing what you can do when your grumpy!
