A nice shot with to me a great choice of shutter speed to just show a hint of the motion without going all silky milky (though that's a very personal thing..)
Composition wise it's quite static, but it's hard to see haow that could be improved unless there was some kind of foreground interest leading the eye towards the waterfall from the bottom corner
I think there's always a dilemma with vthese shots of how much sky to include aat the top - if too much it can detract, if only a sliver like this it can also drag the eye away from the main interest. A crop to lose the sky would make the comp. even more static though, so i just don't know, just putting my thoughts down
I'd also suggest a tiny boost in contrast just to give it a bit of punch
