I think theres a little to much green, perhaps the other colours could do with a bit of a pop in PS. And its a shame you cut off the front of the fountain

I think the problem here is that there is a slight blue colour cast which makes the greens look unnatural. Also there is a lack of contrast and sharpness and the photo is slightly skewed... needs levelling.

I can only echo the previous comments. It needs rotating slightly, a boost in contrast and warming up by adding some red in p/s or similar. Compositionally it might have been improved if the fountain formed a more dominant part of the whole frame - became a feature. Right now there is no dominant focal point.

Just my opinion.
