Hi every one and thank you for taking the time to look and to vote, once again.
I took these 3 images this morning in a reed bed. The Red Bishop (male) as you can see is beautifully saturated with colour but the black part of his plumage is not the easiest to capture, in these three images the male is trying to attract a mate with his colours and by blowing out his chest. A very small bird probably smaller that a sparrow and hides in the reeds moving about very quickly up and down the reeds until a female lands close by, then he goes crazy with his show and has the cutest call when you manage to get close enough to hear the shill call after his chest deflates.
