Horse riding on the beach and a beachcomber as well.
Quite a find at this photographers paradise.

Great Alan, just enough detail in the cliff,Smile and a chap after my own heart metal detecting, though sadly not been up to it for quite a while!

The inclusion of the jagged edge of the cliff face allowing the light to come into the frame,e for me adds a wonderful sense of scale and enormity to the image...

I love that bite taken from the corner of the frame. A really daring, unusual and appealing photograph.

The black cliff is awesome and that wee bite out of it just makes the picture .

Longer focal length gives the drama of that cliff. I've photographed riders on the sand, looking down from the pier - this is something else. Excellent.

Splendid use of the light, notably to pick out the leading horses and to bring out just a smidgeon of texture in the cliff.
I'm glad to read Cliff's assrertion that the pedestrian is using a metal detector as I could have sworn he was trying to ski along the beach Smile
